Our kid's class will help develop a foundation for children that can help them in Martial Arts and other sports as well. We offer a structured belt system and set goals for students to compete locally and award their achievements.
SFS Adults
Jiu-Jitsu & MMA Class

In the adult class you will learn all methods and concepts giving you the ability to train for all levels of competition. Discipline, respect and knowledge will be encouraged throughout your journey, providing you strength, health and fitness. You will learn MMA striking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling techniques, wrestling and submissions that will allow you to be part of our SFS Fight Team.
